Status: Full Time 1st shift
SUMMARY: Facilitates the coordination of multiple warehouse duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
+ Maintains and reports inventory levels.
+ Coordinates and completes staging for Medical Equipment Technicians where applicable.
+ Coordinates shipping and receiving activities.
+ Coordinates duties for warehouse technicians and cleaners where applicable.
+ Where applicable, assemble retail items and restock store front.
+ Resolves shipping and receiving discrepancies, freight damage claims and customer complaints.
+ Complete curbside cylinder exchanges as needed.
+ Coordinates UPS or other methods of shipping as needed.
+ Answer product search inquiries.
+ Performs duties of equipment cleaner and other warehouse
+ Maintains a clean, orderly and safe facility.
+ Wears Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
+ Maintain an active chauffer’s license at all times.
+ Other duties as requested by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
+ Two (2) plus year of warehousing experience.
Skills & Abilities
+ Must be dependable and possess good communication skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to remain professional in stressful situations.
+ Must be able to pass a background check.
+ Have and maintain a valid Chauffer’s license.
+ Working knowledge and comfort with smart phones.
Language Skills
Ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions. Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using a calculator.
Analytical & Problem Solving Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
+ Valid Chauffer’s License
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

+ Regularly required to walk, talk and hear.
+ Regularly stand and lift objects from 1” to 36” high with weights ranging from 10 lbs. – 100 lbs., occasionally up to 120 lbs. Objects will be carried from 1 to 350 ft. This includes possible travel up and down stairs, ramps or elevators.
+ Frequently required to push or pull objects weighing from 20 lbs. – 100 lbs. through various surfaces using dollies or carts.
+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
+ All employees are required to work in a safe manner
+ Wear PPE as required.

This is a warehouse environment with occasional retail and office environment. May be required to drive in all four seasons.
TRAINING
Orientation and selected courses must be completed in the designated time frame.
Must pass assigned competencies within 90 days.
