Part-Time LPN Supervisor – Make a Difference Every Shift!

_16–20 hours/week | Afternoons & Evenings | Every Other Weekend_

**Training:** 3 days/week for the first 3 weeks to ensure you feel confident and supported from day one.

What You’ll Do:

+ Lead and mentor a dedicated team of caregivers

+ Deliver high-quality, hands-on nursing care to our residents

+ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

+ Monitor, assess, and support residents' health and well-being

+ Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and compliance with ease

What We’re Looking For:

+ **Active LPN License in Michigan**

+ **2+ years of nursing experience** , including at least **1 year in a supervisory role**

+ Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills

+ Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
