    Job Description:

    Care Team Manager – Personal Care Services

     

    _Chariton, IA_ | _Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM_

     

    _Travel required: ~50% local travel (mileage reimbursed based on state guidelines)_

    What You’ll Do:

    As a **Care Team Manager** , you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Chariton office and provide leadership to our dedicated personal care team across the region.

    Key responsibilities include:

    + Supervising personal care operations and field staff

    + Ensuring compliance with state guidelines and Elara policies

    + Supporting caregivers and administrative staff in daily workflows

    + Participating in field visits (~50% travel required)

    + Managing schedules, onboarding, and operational efficiencies

    + Acting as the local point of contact for clients, caregivers, and vendors

    + Maintaining office equipment, supplies, and facility needs

    + Collaborating with leadership to improve services and performance

    What You Bring:

    + 5+ years of experience in office management or personal care operations

    + Prior supervisory experience in **personal care or home-based services** (Iowa-specific knowledge a plus)

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    + High school diploma or equivalent (experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)

    + Willingness to travel locally and conduct in-home visits as needed
