Are you a visionary leader with a passion for turning data into strategy? We’re seeking an **Assistant Vice President (AVP), Northeast Business Development Strategy & Analytics** to join our team and drive transformative growth across our regional sales and distribution channels.

Reporting directly to the **SVP of Business Development** , you’ll lead the development and execution of high-impact strategies that enhance forecasting, optimize performance, and support smarter decision-making. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to shape the future of our business.

What You’ll Do:

+ Design and implement data-driven strategies to accelerate sales growth and operational efficiency.

+ Conduct market and channel analysis, define performance goals, and monitor progress.

+ Lead strategic initiatives to modernize distribution channels and improve customer and agent experiences.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

+ Present clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders using advanced analytics.

What You Bring:

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

+ 10+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or analytics—insurance industry experience is a plus.

+ Proven leadership in managing direct and cross-functional teams.

+ Expertise in sales forecasting, business intelligence tools, and financial modeling.

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for executive audiences.
