Our client, a leading company in the toy and entertainment industry, is seeking a Communications Training Coordinator to join their team. As a Communications Training Coordinator, you will be part of the Global Quality Systems department supporting organizational change management and training processes. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing and presentation skills, strong communication abilities, and the initiative to drive projects forward, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Communications Training Coordinator

**Location:** Hybrid (East Aurora, NY)

**Pay Range:** $25.20 - $50.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

1. Assist in developing, training, and communicating a best-in-class organizational change management operating model.

2. Collaborate with and support the training team to develop effective and engaging training (method, materials, and media).

3. Produce content and voice over for training videos and user guides.

4. Partner with the technical team on solving user support issues, enhancements, and new projects to ensure successful implementation with end users.

5. Develop and maintain a calendar of communication opportunities.

What’s Needed?

1. English language, grammar, and punctuation expert.

2. Exceptional writing and presentation creation skills.

3. Strong communication and presentation skills (in person and virtual); must be comfortable being on camera during virtual meetings.

4. Experience developing training videos/media.

5. Ability to act independently with the drive and initiative to move projects to the next level.
