Our client, a leading packaging solutions provider, is seeking a 2nd Shift Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the packaging department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** 2nd Shift Packaging Operator

**Location:** Valencia, CA

**Pay Range:** $20.50 per hour

**Shift:** 2nd Shift Monday- Friday from 3pm- 11:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Set up and operate various packaging machinery including ISIDA Weigher and AMS Filling system.

+ Monitor production activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

+ Perform in-process quality checks and inspect products for defects.

+ Maintain accurate logs and records of cleaning and production activities.

+ Train and cross-train other operators in all functions of the production line.

What's Needed?

+ A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

+ At least 6 months of manufacturing and/or warehousing experience.

+ Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures in English.

+ Basic math skills for calculating and adjusting equipment settings.

+ Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
