Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully with the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Associate

**Location:** Beaverton, OR

Pay Range:

**Shift:** Multiple shifts available, including day, night, and weekend schedules

What's the Job?

+ Operate equipment and perform tasks related to manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse operations.

+ Follow safety protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

+ Handle materials, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate records.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

+ Prior manufacturing experience highly preferred.

+ Prior forklift experience is a plus (required for some roles).

+ Willingness to work up to 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
