    Our client, a leading IT services provider, is seeking a Senior Java/Spring Developer to join their team. As a Senior Java/Spring Developer, you will be part of the development team supporting a large-scale Federal IT program. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of technical leadership, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Senior Java/Spring Developer

     

    Pay Range: $70-75 per hour on W2 only.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java/Spring-based enterprise applications.

    + Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with modern front-end frameworks.

    + Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.

    + Conduct detailed design and code reviews.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.

    + 6+ years of experience with Java and the Spring framework.

    + Proficiency with Java development tools such as Eclipse, JUnit, and Git.

    + 3+ years of experience with web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, JSP, etc.).

    + Strong understanding of database schema design and SQL.
