    Pay: $26 per hour + $2 shift differential for 2nd shift

     

    Schedule: M-Th 4p - 3a

     

    Assignment Length: Temp-to-hire

    Duties:

    • Providing immediate supervision to a team by assigning tasks and monitoring progress

    • Checking work frequently and defining daily priorities and schedules

    • Performing individual tasks related to the unit or group as needed

    • Ensuring compliance with ESD, safety, ergonomic, and security policies

    • Prioritizing schedules and allocating resources to meet daily goals

    • Communicating issues, updates, and concerns to upper management

    Qualifications needed in order to be considered for this position:

    • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

    • Mechanical and electrical knowledge

    • Strong organizational and people skills
