    Our client, a leader in clean energy and community planning, is seeking an Sr PM- Environmental Justice to join their team.

     

    As a Sr PM- Environmental Justice, you will be part of the Energy & Climate Equity team supporting various initiatives aimed at promoting equitable clean energy solutions.

     

    **Job Title:** Sr PM- Environmental Justice

    **Location:** 100% Remote

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Develop and maintain working relationships with key contacts among the program teams, advising and facilitating collaboration on clean energy-related policy and program development.

    + Research best practices and promising program models, developing clear and compelling recommendations for equitable program development that benefits historically underserved communities.

    + Manage and support community engagement for all the initiatives, ensuring inclusive participation and community partnerships.

    + Facilitate collaboration on energy-related policy and program development with stakeholders in environmental justice and low- to moderate-income communities.

    + Document collaborations and recommendations identifying emerging needs and opportunities for strategic development and collaboration.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 10-15 years of experience in clean energy and community planning, or comparable work experience.

    + Deep knowledge of energy efficiency and distributed clean energy technologies.

    + Experience with community stakeholder engagement and community planning.

    + Proficiency in writing and synthesizing technical information for diverse audiences.

    + Ability to identify barriers to clean energy access and propose potential solutions.
