Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the operations department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

6-18 Month Contract

$65/hour

What's the Job?

+ Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.

+ Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.

+ Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.

+ Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.

+ Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.

+ 5-7 years of experience in a production supervisory role.

+ Ability to read low voltage drawing sets.

+ Strong communication skills.

+ Knowledge of construction safety practices.
