Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** 2nd Shift Warehouse Operator

**Location:** Valencia, CA

**Pay Range:** $20.50 per hour

**Shift:** Second Shift

What's the Job?

+ Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic filling and labeling equipment.

+ Monitor equipment and product quality throughout the production line.

+ Perform in-process quality checks and maintain accurate production logs.

+ Train and cross-train other operators on production line functions.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

What's Needed?

+ A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

+ At least 6 months of manufacturing and/or warehousing experience.

+ Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures in English.

+ Basic math skills for equipment adjustments and product counts.

+ Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
