    Our client has an opening position for a **Senior IT Project Manager** with an **AWS cloud background** . The role requires strong experience developing, executing, and managing multiple IT projects within their defined scopes.

     

    **Hybrid Schedule:** 3 days onsite

    **Contract Duration:** 6+ month contract (expected to extend through next year).

    Primary Function:

    Manage a multitude of interrelated project activities and lead all aspects of the project lifecycle, working with project sponsors/key stakeholders, team members, and management to oversee all phases of project completion. Build and manage project’s work breakdown structure, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables within the constraints of human and financial resources and changing priorities to ensure the successful completion of the project. Ensure transparent reporting of project status, issues, risks, and financials.

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems/Computer Science or related discipline.

    + AWS cloud experience

    + 5-10 years of experience in project management

    + Business and IT Project Management experience

    + Experience managing SDLC projects.

    + Proven Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills are required.

    Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

    + PMP Certification

    + Clarity PPM / PPM Tool experience

    + Pharmaceutical experience

    + Experience managing projects to deliver or enhance validated systems.

    + Portfolio Management experience

    + Business and Technology experience; varying levels of leadership
