Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc., a leader in the HVAC industry, has an opening for a Check and Repair Technician at our facility in Bryan, OH. The work schedule is Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm.

Role Overview:
This individual performs repetitive work at a work station or assembly line, assembling metal, electrical, or mechanical components/parts components into an HVAC unit. When not on the line, responsibilities are related to the Returned Goods area.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Responsible to run in (test) all products assembled on the assembly line. This includes operating the refrigerant charging equipment, operation of the automated run-in equipment.
+ Troubleshoots any problems with any of the products, including electrical, refrigeration system, and other miscellaneous quality issues.
+ Receives and processes paperwork and enters information in the computer system.
+ Change-over of finished goods units.
+ Operates both stationary and moving overhead cranes.
+ Installs wiring.
+ Operates fork lift as required.
+ Monitors the overall quality of the work being performed.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Must be able to read and understand drawings/prints
+ Brazing experience preferred
+ Have knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems
+ Basic PC skills
+ Must obtain a valid forklift license.
+ Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed or uninvolved written or oral instructions
+ Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds repetitively and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
