Who You Are
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly analytical Media Strategy & Analytics Analyst to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in guiding media investment decisions through deep analysis, strategic planning, and cross-channel performance insights. You will partner with media channel owners, analytics teams, and business stakeholders to ensure we are driving measurable business outcomes from our media spend across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Media Strategy & Investment Planning: Partner with channel owners to develop cross-channel media plans that align with business goals. Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles through data-driven forecasting, investment modeling, and optimized budget allocation.
+ Performance Analysis & Insights: Analyze campaign performance across channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, CTV/OLV, and more. Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting across channels and provide optimization recommendations to improve efficiency and ROI.
+ Budget Allocation & Tracking: Own paid media budget tracking, reconciliation, and scenario planning. Partner with Finance and channel leads to forecast spend, guide investment decisions, and ensure budget alignment across channels.
+ Analysis & Optimization: Conduct deep-dive ad hoc analyses to evaluate paid media effectiveness, identify performance drivers, and support channel-level optimizations.
+ ROI & Attribution: Translate insights from MMM and MTA into actionable strategies that improve ROI and guide budget reallocations, in collaboration with Data Science.
+ Reporting Automation: Streamline reporting processes and surface real-time insights that improve channel performance.
+ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with analytics, marketing, and finance teams. Support billing, reconciliation, and campaign operations.

Qualifications
+ 3–5 years of experience in media strategy, marketing analytics, or a related performance marketing role.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
+ Experience working in a B2B marketing environment and understanding of the B2B sales funnel.
+ Experience working with paid digital channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube, CTV, and Affiliate.
+ Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or other BI/reporting platforms.
+ Experience with forecasting, budget modeling, and media effectiveness analysis.
+ Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to synthesize data into business insights.
+ Highly organized, curious, and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $109,000 to $119,900 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
