With Liberty, you will help people who have developmental disabilities receive vital services so they may live their best lives.

What are the responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator?

+ Engaging in productive phone conversations with people who have developmental disabilities as well as their families and other stakeholders

+ Scheduling in-home client assessments

+ Using mapping and scheduling software to optimize appointment scheduling efficiency and effectiveness

+ Answering questions and addressing concerns

+ Conveying information about available human services, how to apply for services, and the timeframe for receiving services

+ Documenting details from phone conversations in a computer system

What Liberty offers:

+ $18.00 to $21.00 per hour (depending on experience)

You will also receive training and gain valuable health and human services knowledge and experience.

Where and when you’ll work:

You will work onsite at Liberty’s office at 8850 Emerald Street in Boise, nearby the Boise Towne Square Mall. You will enjoy a collegial and professional office environment and work alongside a team of caring and compassionate health and human service professionals.

You have the option to work either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, Monday through Friday during daytime hours.

+ Positive and optimistic attitude

+ Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help others

+ Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills

+ Patience, empathy and great active listening skills

+ Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

Bonus Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, call center work, or a healthcare/human service role

+ Bilingual or conversational Spanish speaking skills aren’t required but are highly valued

+ Priority consideration given to applicants with professional or personal experience supporting people who have disabilities
