    As a Lead Behavioral Support Professional, you will support people who reside at one of Liberty’s enhanced behavioral support homes in the community of Ramona, situated in North County San Diego.

    You will enjoy a mix of direct care and leadership responsibilities, including:

    + Providing direct support to residents and assisting them with their activities of daily living

    + Facilitating fun and engaging activities within the home and in the community

    + Leading and developing a team of direct support professionals

    + Collaborating with Liberty’s leadership and multidisciplinary teams

    + Promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace, high-performance culture, and person-centered practices

     

    As a Lead BSP and full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect

     

    + Starting pay of $29.00 per hour (approximately $60,000 annually)

    + 240 hours of paid time off annually (equivalent to thirty 8-hour days)

    You are a good fit for this position if you have experience working in a residential setting which supports people who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Leadership experience is preferred.
