    Description Staff Accountant

     

    -Enter accounting data, maintain records, generate reports.

     

    -process security deposit returns with deductions & additions.

     

    -prepare monthly journal entries and payment vouchers

     

    -initiate ach and wire transfers, validate wire requests, prepare payment files on bank website, process wire transfers

     

    -prepare and process 90 day O/S check letters

     

    -may process billing and AR

     

    -process disbursements of other fees and coordinate with appropriate parties

     

    -prepare monthly journal entries and payment vouchers

     

    -download daily government rent subsidy payments

     

    -prepare daily positive pay files

     

    -review and coordinate write off requests

     

    -initiate weekly cash transfers from security deposit accounts to trust accounts

     

    -additional responsibilities as assigned

     

    Hours - 8:00a-5:00p 100% in office

     

    Software - will be utilizing internal systems, just need solid accounting software experience, Excel Requirements Journal Entries, General Ledger, Automated Clearing House (ACH), Wire Transfer, Report Generation, Security Deposits, Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Disbursement, Write Offs, Accounting Software Systems, Microsoft Excel
