    Description

    We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Grand Junction, Colorado. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth operations through effective communication, organization, and adherence to company policies. This position focuses on detailed correspondence, document control, and multimedia support, requiring attention to detail and proficiency in industry-standard tools.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to multiple offices using best practices in administrative management and industry standards.

    • Collaborate with the correspondence team to develop, refine, and implement policies and procedures for managing organizational correspondence.

    • Generate timely reports detailing monthly correspondence metrics for review and process improvement.

    • Ensure the accurate formatting, control, and reproduction of critical documents in line with established guidelines.

    • Maintain seamless internal communication by drafting and composing detailed correspondence.

    • Support business logistics through efficient organization and coordination of resources.

    • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suites and SharePoint to enhance workflow and document management.

    • Uphold company policies by implementing and monitoring compliance procedures within administrative operations.

    • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of metrics and performance reports to leadership.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in administrative assistance, with a strong background in precise correspondence and document control.

     

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and SharePoint for efficient document management and communication.

    • Familiarity with export and import documentation processes.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to compose clear and accurate correspondence.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in document formatting and control.

    • Knowledge of company policies and their implementation in administrative functions.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
