• Data Reporting Analyst

    Description We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful data-driven decisions within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence technologies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop comprehensive data reports using tools such as Power BI and BusinessObjects Technologies.

    • Analyze complex datasets to uncover meaningful insights and support business decision-making.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and create tailored solutions.

    • Utilize Microsoft SQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting purposes.

    • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data models and reports.

    • Develop and maintain documentation for data reporting processes and methodologies.

    • Implement and optimize business intelligence strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

    • Work with Oracle SOA and HCM SaaS Oracle Fusion to integrate data sources effectively.

    • Support data governance initiatives by creating standardized reporting frameworks.

    • Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and provide technical support as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

    • Experience with BusinessObjects Technologies and other business intelligence tools.

    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.

    • Familiarity with Erwin Data modeling and Oracle SOA integration.

    • Knowledge of HCM SaaS Oracle Fusion systems.

    • Background in data governance and reporting framework development.

    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
