Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Millersburg, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent while ensuring smooth recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and recommend them for further evaluation.

• Collaborate with HR and line managers to facilitate second-round interviews and hiring decisions.

• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including Indeed and internal systems.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized records of candidate information and recruitment progress.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

• Leverage tools like Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage recruitment schedules and communications efficiently.

• Maintain an organized approach to labor recruiting, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers regarding recruitment progress.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and organizational policies throughout the hiring process. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms like Indeed.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook for recruitment-related tasks.

• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.

• Ability to work independently and maintain excellent organizational skills.

• Experience with recruitment tools such as Paycor is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of labor recruiting processes and strategies.
