Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on a Contract to permanent basis. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors to analyze business processes and define requirements that drive impactful solutions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives while supporting customer projects and system integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to gather, analyze, and document business processes and requirements.

• Work alongside Product Managers to define features, refine solutions, and ensure business objectives are met.

• Facilitate decisions across diverse stakeholder groups by developing a deep understanding of complex business domains.

• Break down features into actionable user stories and tasks to support backlog refinement and development.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps, proactively communicating them to relevant teams.

• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring solutions meet expectations.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to maintain project momentum.

• Assist with testing efforts by creating and executing test cases, collaborating with QA teams to ensure quality.

• Monitor and administer configuration changes and enhancements for system integrations, including EDI and cXML transactions.

• Provide customer support for system processes, ensuring successful transaction processing and compliance with release levels. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL for data analysis and querying.

• Demonstrated ability to document and translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.

• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholder groups.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
