Part-Time Contract Attorney (Remote – Nevada Preferred)

We are seeking a part-time contract attorney to support a growing legal practice with a focus on civil, commercial, real estate, and business law. This is a remote role, though preference will be given to candidates based in Nevada or with familiarity with Nevada law.

Position Details

+ Hours: 10–20 hours per week

+ Start: Immediate need – actively seeking the right fit

+ Location: Remote; Nevada-based candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct legal research and analysis

+ Draft memoranda, litigation documents, and opinion letters

+ Collaborate directly with the head attorney on various matters

+ Support a range of cases in civil litigation, commercial disputes, real estate transactions/litigation, and business advisory

Qualifications

+ JD and licensed to practice law (Nevada license a plus)

+ Strong legal research and writing skills

+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

+ Junior attorneys welcome, though preference for attorneys with 3+ years of experience in relevant practice areas

Requirements

• Must be a licensed attorney with active membership in a state bar.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation.

• Proven expertise in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and related procedures.

• Exceptional analytical and legal research skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.

• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining integrity.
