Description

Robert Half is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a client based in Seattle, WA. This role involves business process mapping, documentation, and ERP support across a large-scale systems modernization effort. The position is hybrid (2–3 days onsite in Seattle) and is a 6-month contract with potential to extend or convert. Apply today!

Job Details:

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

+ Duration: 6 months

+ Location: Seattle, WA (hybrid – local required)

Job Responsibilities:

+ Lead process mapping and business process documentation from current to future state

+ Facilitate requirements gathering with stakeholders across multiple departments

+ Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows

+ Support ERP-related initiatives including data mapping, migration, and module scoping

+ Conduct gap analyses and assist in ERP vendor coordination

+ Partner with technical teams to align business requirements with system capabilities

+ Provide support through UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution

Requirements

+ 5–8+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst

+ Expertise in process analysis, business process mapping, and documentation

+ Strong ERP system experience (e.g., Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) – ideally across implementation, upgrade, or module configuration

+ Proven background in data migration, data mapping, and cross-functional requirements gathering

+ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work in a hybrid Seattle-based environment with minimal handholding
