    Description

    Robert Half is currently sourcing for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Sparks, Nevada. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and compliance of our processes, products, and systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of quality standards while collaborating across departments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead quality assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

    • Conduct manual and automated testing using tools like Selenium to validate product functionality and performance.

    • Perform in-process and final inspections to verify adherence to quality requirements.

    • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions based on root cause analysis findings.

    • Monitor quality metrics and prepare detailed reports on performance and compliance.

    • Oversee documentation systems, including standard operating procedures and templates.

    • Train staff on quality protocols and audit practices to maintain high standards.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support safe and efficient operations.

    • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure regulatory and certification compliance.

    • Support environmental and occupational health and safety initiatives within the organization.

     

    Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.

     

    • Proficiency in manual testing and Selenium for web browser automation.

    • Strong knowledge of quality assurance testing processes and methodologies.

    • Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

    • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and compliance procedures.

    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

    • Ability to analyze and report on quality metrics and performance.
