Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lombard, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional service to our customers within the manufacturing industry. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls promptly and courteously, maintaining professionalism in tone and communication.
• Investigate and resolve customer questions or concerns related to community photo enforcement programs.
• Document detailed and accurate call notes in the system on a daily basis.
• Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead in a timely manner for resolution.
• Assist customers with credit card transactions for violation payments, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Regularly check and respond to work emails and other company communication channels.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized records.
• Support the team by scheduling appointments and managing order entries.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support customer service operations.
The salary range for this position is $18/hr to $18.50/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls and providing outstanding customer service.
• Familiarity with call center operations and customer support processes.
• Proficiency in data entry and email correspondence.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with order entry and appointment scheduling.
• Strong communication skills, including grammar and diction.
