    Join Our Clients’ Team as a Staff Accountant!

     

    Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level? We're looking for a sharp, motivated Staff Accountant to bring energy, precision, and a growth mindset to our clients dynamic accounting team. You'll play a key role in full-cycle accounting operations, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Handle journal entries, month-end close, and account reconciliations

    + Process payroll and assist with compliance and reporting

    + Assist in preparing financial statements and internal reports

    + Review and analyze multi-state sales and use tax filings

    + Support inventory valuation, variance analysis, and standard cost updates

    + Help with invoice entry, payments, and vendor/customer follow-ups

    + Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies

    + Maintain internal controls and support audits

    Requirements

    What You Bring

     

    + At least 1–2 years of accounting experience, including cost accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.

    + Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance

    + Exposure to ERP systems + Strong Excel skills

    + Solid grasp of GAAP and accounting principles
