Description
International pharmaceutical company seeks an FP& A Business Partner with the proven ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders. The FP& A Business Partner will play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic support across the organization. The major responsibilities for this role will consist of analyzing financial performance and KPIs, identifying trends, managing consolidation of financial results, monitoring financial controls, identifying process changes and cost efficiencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate investments, pricing, and cost control initiatives, deliver insightful dashboards presentations, and reporting packages for leadership and stakeholders, and act as a financial advisor and strategic partner to key operational departments. If you have a strong proficiency in financial modeling, excellent analytical and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight, this role may be perfect for you.
Major Responsibilities
• Create annual budget plans
• Provide financial analysis
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Analyze, research, and compare data
• Assist with financial projects
• Prepare board presentations
• Evaluate capital investment proposals
• Develop investment strategies
• Conduct ROI analysis
• Mentor and develop junior members of the FP& A team
Requirements
The ideal FP& A Business Partner will have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or similar.
Other requirements for the FP& A Business Partner role include and are not limited to:
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience within the healthcare industry
• CPA or CIMA preferred
• Pharmaceutical Services Industry experience preferred
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Strong project management skills
