Description

We are looking for a skilled Web Content & Data Migration Specialist to join our client's team for a remote, project opportunity! In this role, you will play a critical part in organizing and transferring digital content into a new document management system. This position is ideal for professionals with expertise in web content management and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Review and organize existing digital files to ensure proper tagging and categorization.

• Migrate content from legacy systems to a new document management platform.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer.

• Implement best practices in content management to enhance accessibility and usability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the migration process.

• Maintain detailed documentation of migration progress and outcomes.

• Test and validate migrated content to ensure it meets quality standards.

• Provide recommendations for optimizing workflows related to content management.

• Communicate updates and challenges effectively to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data security standards.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in web content management or similar roles.

• Proficiency in using CMS platforms, including WordPress.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a contract setting.

• Familiarity with digital file tagging and categorization.

• Problem-solving skills to identify and address migration-related issues.

• Experience with document management systems is a plus.
