Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Research and Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will provide operational support through a combination of administrative and technical tasks, primarily focused on the liquidation process. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering accurate results.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed data analysis and retrieve information using advanced computer systems and software applications.

• Maintain and update records by scanning, organizing, and managing documentation while ensuring compliance with retention policies.

• Prepare internal and external reports to track operational statistics and monitor the progress of the process.

• Evaluate data for quality assurance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all collected information.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve concerns related to tasks.

• Manage time-sensitive assignments by prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of administrative and technical responsibilities.

• Support the team in compiling and organizing data for decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft 365 apps, database management, and spreadsheet tools.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments.

• Keen attention to detail to gather, evaluate, and analyze information effectively.

• High school diploma required; additional experience in accounting, finance, or credit unions is preferred.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous experience in data entry or record management is highly desirable.
