Description We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst III to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing and improving business processes, conducting research, and supporting operational decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects and contribute to the success of billing and budgeting programs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform operational analyses to support business decision-making, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methods.

• Contribute to the design and improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the business unit.

• Develop and present detailed reports using standardized tools and techniques to inform stakeholders.

• Support day-to-day operations for billing programs, including eBill, Summary Bill, Budget Bill, and Fixed Rate.

• Lead or assist with medium to large special projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and program execution.

• Apply organizational and analytical skills to validate plans and optimize workflows.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain consistent follow-through on assigned tasks.

• Monitor and manage program expenses and supplier relationships to align with business goals.

• Utilize tools such as SAP R/3 and electronic data interchange (EDI) systems to streamline operations. Requirements • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or related roles.

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with billing processes, budgeting programs, and operational procedures.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under deadlines.

• Customer service experience and a proactive approach to solving issues.

• Knowledge of SAP R/3 and electronic data interchange (EDI) systems is a plus.
