Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Client Service Representative to join our team in Boston. MA. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional client service by resolving inquiries, preparing reports, and managing daily fund accounting activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in finance and accounting while utilizing cutting-edge technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Address client inquiries promptly and accurately to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Perform daily calculations of Net Asset Values (NAVs) and prepare month-end and year-end financial reports.

• Generate and distribute both internal and external reports as required.

• Leverage internal systems and technology platforms to support daily client servicing tasks.

• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies or breaks on a daily basis.

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage client deliverables efficiently and effectively.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, derivatives, and emerging markets.

• Use tools such as Excel, Bloomberg, and Reuters to analyze financial data and support decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Apply analytical skills to evaluate workflows, numerical data, and resolve complex issues

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in fund accounting or a similar field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg, and Reuters.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate workflows and numerical data.

• Solid understanding of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, derivatives, and emerging markets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capable of working efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines.

• Experience with technology solutions related to client servicing and financial reporting.
