Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze financial data, optimize processes, and support business systems to drive informed decision-making. This position offers a great opportunity for a meticulous individual to contribute to strategic planning and financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and capital management efforts.

• Utilize data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights and improve reporting accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business systems and ensure seamless integration.

• Develop and maintain reports using tools like Crystal Reports to enhance financial transparency.

• Manage auditing processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems for better financial tracking and customer management.

• Provide expertise in Confluence to streamline documentation and team collaboration.

• Assist in refining budget processes and improve overall efficiency.

• Ensure effective management of financial resources to align with organizational goals.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Proficiency in using Crystal Reports for financial reporting.

• Strong knowledge of data mining techniques and tools.

• Familiarity with business systems and CRM platforms.

• Hands-on experience with accounting functions and auditing processes.

• Expertise in utilizing Confluence for collaboration and documentation.

• Solid understanding of capital management strategies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
