    Description

    A fast-moving logistics company in Chula Vista is looking for a sharp and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. If you enjoy working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and take pride in keeping things accurate and organized, this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process vendor invoices and match with purchase orders and receiving documents

    + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

    + Prepare weekly check runs and ACH payments

    + Maintain AP aging reports and assist with month-end close

    + Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payments

    + Support audits and maintain compliance with internal controls

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of AP experience, preferably in logistics or distribution

    + Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

    + Strong attention to detail and time management

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
