    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry Level Accountant to join our team in Wescosville, Pennsylvania. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in optimizing financial operations, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting strategic initiatives.     Responsibilities:

    • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation processes to ensure alignment with operational requirements.

    • Conduct audits in collaboration with external firms to ensure compliance and accuracy.

    • Analyze store performance, identifying trends in key areas such as sales, labor costs, food expenses, and customer behavior.

    • Develop and maintain user-friendly reports and dashboards for operational and executive teams.

    • Collaborate with General Managers and operations staff to improve financial performance through actionable insights.

    • Support reporting needs for new location openings, events, and other strategic projects.

    • Manage inventory and accounting systems to ensure data accuracy and connectivity.

    • Identify and present insights that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

    • Provide assistance where needed, including occasional travel to restaurant locations.

     

    Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or at least three years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

     

    • Proficiency in accounting software systems; experience with Sage 100 is a plus.

    • Background in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly desirable.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

    • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

    • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance colleagues.

    • Ability to propose innovative ideas and efficiencies to improve team performance.

    • Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and ready to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
