Description We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a long-term contract position within the construction/contractor industry, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing high-level support to executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and ensuring efficient time management.

• Coordinate and arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

• Organize executive meetings, preparing necessary materials and handling logistical details.

• Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.

• Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages.

• Maintain inventory and ensure supplies are well-stocked in office spaces such as copy rooms and kitchens.

• Assist in coordinating and distributing employee recognition awards.

• Provide general administrative support to ensure seamless office operations. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• A detail-oriented approach and positive attitude in all interactions.

• Demonstrated experience in managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
