Description We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team in La Palma, California. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and expertise in public tax management and corporate tax processes. You will play a key role in overseeing tax compliance and provision while advising on entity formation and related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review annual income tax provisions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Manage corporate tax return filings and provide guidance on relevant processes.

• Utilize CCH ProSystem Fx software to streamline tax-related operations and reporting.

• Oversee sales tax compliance and reporting requirements using CCH Sales Tax tools.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support entity formation and tax structuring.

• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting related to tax obligations.

• Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to maintain compliance and optimize processes.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and development.

• Identify opportunities for tax savings and efficiencies within corporate structures. Requirements • Proven experience in public tax management, with a strong understanding of corporate tax processes.

• Proficiency in using CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax software.

• Demonstrated ability to prepare and review annual income tax provisions.

• Knowledge of entity formation and tax structuring strategies.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in tax compliance and reporting.

• Ability to interpret and apply tax laws and regulations effectively.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and support team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
