Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Multi-Entity Accountant to oversee core accounting functions across multiple locations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll (PR), General Ledger (GL), Journal Entries (JE), and Bank Reconciliations (Bank Recs). This key role will also involve supporting Month-End (ME) close processes and fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

This position is 100% on-site and directly supports the operational accounting needs of multiple locations. If you're someone who thrives on creating structure through detailed accounting practices and enjoys building strong working relationships, you'll thrive in this role.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.

• Proficiency in month-end close processes, including journal entries and general ledger management.

• Strong skills in account reconciliation and bank reconciliation.

• Ability to handle accounting operations across multiple entities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
