Description

We are looking for a dedicated Issues Execution Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves supporting issue execution across various portfolios, ensuring consistency and high-quality outcomes in compliance with established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in risk management, operational excellence, and issue lifecycle processes to help mitigate risks effectively. Onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee issue execution efforts across multiple portfolios, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with business units and risk advisors to identify, draft, and manage issues through their full lifecycle.

• Develop and package remediation plans to ensure comprehensive risk mitigation and successful issue closure.

• Guide risk advisors and issue owners through drafting, remediation, and closure processes with a focus on quality and compliance.

• Manage complex portfolios requiring multiple remediation plans, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

• Serve as a point of contact for issue management, providing expertise and support to stakeholders in the first line of defense (1LoD).

• Facilitate operational excellence by executing well-defined processes and maintaining high standards of quality.

• Communicate diplomatically while holding stakeholders accountable for process adherence and risk management outcomes.

• Provide support to technology, finance, enterprise operations, and other teams as needed within the scope of issue execution.

• Ensure all risk mitigation efforts align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk analysis, issue management, or operational risk roles.

• Strong familiarity with first line of defense (1LoD) and second line of defense (2LoD) processes.

• Expertise in managing the lifecycle of issues, including identification, remediation, and closure.

• Demonstrated ability to execute complex processes with precision and attention to detail.

• Background in finance, due diligence, or operational risk preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact diplomatically and effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in compliance with organizational policies.

• Experience supporting risk advisors and issue owners in achieving consistent and effective risk management outcomes.
