Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. This role plays a critical part in supporting accounting operations across multiple entities within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting fundamentals, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
+ Maintain accurate financial records across multiple business entities and cost centers.
+ Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
+ Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
+ Prepare and analyze account reconciliations, accruals, and variance reports.
+ Assist in ensuring timely and accurate AP/AR processing in coordination with operations.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts.
+ Help maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
+ Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit requests.
+ Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
+ 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience; healthcare.
+ Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Self-starter with a growth mindset and desire to take on increasing responsibilities.
+ Experience working with multi-entity organizations.
+ Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
