Description Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist who will support project managers and internal teams with collections, cash applications, and other AR tasks. This role requires strong project coordination skills, patience, detail oriented communication, and the ability to build relationships across teams.

This position is located in Seattle, WA and requires a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with project managers to address outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepancies Accuratel and timely processing of payments, including lockbox, ACH, and live checks Handling customer account setups and maintaining accurate records Providing exceptional written and verbal customer service to internal and external stakeholders Requirements Proven experience in accounts receivable or project accounting roles. Strong skills in cash handling and cash activity management. Ability to prepare and analyze aging reports for effective follow-up. Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with project managers and customers. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneousl
