Description
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst II to join our team on a contractual basis in San Diego, California. In this position, you will assist end-users by diagnosing and resolving technical problems across different systems and devices. The ideal applicant will have a strong technical foundation and excellent problem-solving abilities to enhance overall system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Deliver technical support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns, ensuring timely issue resolution.
+ Identify and address problems across various platforms, including Android devices, Apple products, and Mac systems.
+ Administer and manage user accounts and access permissions via Active Directory.
+ Facilitate the setup and installation of hardware and software systems.
+ Provide network support by managing and troubleshooting Citrix and Cisco technologies.
+ Apply configuration management standards during system upgrades or changes.
+ Resolve technical issues involving computers, hardware, and peripheral devices.
+ Work collaboratively with the team to implement solutions that enhance system reliability and performance.
+ Create and maintain documentation of technical issues and successful resolutions to develop a thorough knowledge base.
+ Support end-users with training and guidance to improve their technical skills and understanding.
Requirements
+ Demonstrated background working in a help desk or technical support capacity.
+ In-depth understanding of Android development, Apple products, and Mac systems.
+ Experience in managing user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
+ Practical knowledge of Cisco and Citrix technologies.
+ Skilled in identifying and resolving issues related to hardware and software.
+ Competent in handling system configurations and deployments efficiently.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for assisting end-users.
+ Detail-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
