Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wooster, Ohio. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment while delivering exceptional support to both customers and internal teams. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings and enjoys coordinating schedules, managing accounts, and ensuring seamless communication.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily schedules for a team of technicians, ensuring efficient dispatch and timely follow-ups.
• Conduct debrief sessions with technicians after service calls and accurately record relevant information in the system.
• Provide superior customer service by addressing inbound calls, resolving inquiries, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Utilize computer-aided dispatch systems to manage job assignments and track progress effectively.
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate documentation of customer accounts and service details.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support seamless operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in a Saturday rotation schedule approximately once a month to support weekend operations.
• Adapt to evolving work schedules, transitioning from standard weekday hours to flexible arrangements after training.
• Familiarize yourself with the Successware system to streamline workflow and improve service delivery. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center or dispatch environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Proficiency in data entry and account management with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to effectively manage schedules and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch systems is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays, as part of a rotating schedule.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus but not required. TalentMatch®
