Description We are looking for an experienced VP/Director of Finance to join our hospitality team in Corona, California. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strategic planning, and effective cash management. This is a 100% onsite position where you will supervise a team of three professionals and collaborate with senior leadership to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and statements.

• Perform in-depth financial analysis to guide business decisions and strategies.

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to ensure efficient cash management.

• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to present financial data and insights.

• Lead month-end closing processes and ensure compliance with US GAAP standards.

• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and present financial data.

• Establish and improve financial processes and controls to optimize operations. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including resorts or spas.

• Strong knowledge of financial systems and organizational processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.

• Familiarity with working alongside a Board of Directors is highly desirable.

• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Solid understanding of US GAAP and its application in financial reporting.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
