    What You’ll Do

     

    As an integral part of our clients finance team, you’ll lead the charge in making our Accounts Payable operations seamless, efficient, and audit-ready. From wrangling invoices to fine-tuning payment processes, your expertise will keep the gears turning behind the scenes.

     

    + Accurately handle a high volume of invoices using top ERP platforms like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle

    + Prepare and release payments via checks, ACH, or wire transfers, in full compliance with company guidelines

    + Investigate and resolve discrepancies across AP accounts to ensure clear and precise records

    + Serve as the primary contact for vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues with professionalism and efficiency

    Requirements

    Who You Are

     

    You’re not just a number-cruncher—you’re a detail-driven problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and never settles for “good enough.”

     

    + 2–4 years of Accounts Payable experience in mid-size to large companies

    + Proficient in NetSuite or similar ERP systems

    + Skilled in Excel with expertise in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis

    + Strong attention to detail paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Experience in construction, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, nonprofit, or real estate is a plu
