    Description

    A growing corporate office in San Diego is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Assistant to support their HR department. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR while gaining exposure to a wide range of responsibilities—from onboarding and compliance to employee engagement and benefits administration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork and orientation scheduling

    + Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy

    + Support benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries

    + Help coordinate training sessions and internal communications

    + Prepare reports and assist with audits and compliance documentation

    + Provide general administrative support to the HR team

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

    + 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience

    + Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, or BambooHR)

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Excellent written and verbal communication

    + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
