Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will support, maintain, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management. This position involves a blend of technical and functional responsibilities, requiring collaboration with stakeholders to develop scalable and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud applications, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient solutions that enhance business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain BI reports, leveraging data structures and relationships to deliver actionable insights.
• Create and manage interfaces between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications, ensuring seamless integration.
• Stay updated on Oracle patching schedules and enhancements to incorporate new functionalities into current workflows.
• Conduct functional analysis and research to investigate and resolve system-related issues.
• Take ownership of complex projects, managing multiple tasks independently and delivering results.
• Provide off-hours support as needed to ensure uninterrupted system functionality. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Global HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
• Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Fast Formula, BI Reports, and BI Analytics.
• Experience with Oracle Time & Labor and Learning Management applications is preferred.
• Proficiency in integration with third-party vendors and tools, particularly in the HR domain.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle workflow tools, personalization, and Oracle Design Studio.
• Knowledge of web services and API integrations is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to support, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
