    Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to step in and take full ownership of a growing finance department. This is a critical role for a company. The right candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling a wide variety of tasks with minimal supervision. If you are a self-starter with strong QuickBooks experience and the ability to wear multiple hats, this could be a great opportunity.

    Responsibilities include:

    Full ownership of daily billing and invoicing

     

    Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable

     

    Transferring data daily from the company’s TMS system to QuickBooks Desktop

     

    Creating and maintaining accurate P& L reports

     

    Reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries

     

    Entering and organizing financial data with accuracy and consistency

    Requirements:

    Strong QuickBooks Desktop experience is a must

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

     

    Extremely organized and detail-oriented (Type A personality preferred)

     

    Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant oversight

     

    Able to take full ownership of the finance function

    Additional Details:

    Dress Code: Casual

     

    Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

     

    Schedule: Fully onsite

     

    Duration: Temp-to-hire

     

    Target Pay: $70,000 for full scope

    • Demonstrated experience in managing accounts payable and receivable.

    • Solid understanding of financial reporting, including profit and loss statements.

    • Ability to perform accurate account reconciliations.

    • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
