Description A national plaintiffs’ birth injury and medical malpractice firm is seeking a 7-10 year medical malpractice and birth injury litigator to join its Chicago office. A successful candidate will have independently managed a high value caseload, crafted legal analysis, developed litigation strategy and worked extensively with medical experts to build compelling cases. A track record of successful outcomes in trials or settlements involving complex medical malpractice cases is required.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, along with excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills, and an interest in civil litigation and medical malpractice. This role would also include office leadership, staff management and mentorship of entry level associates.
