Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Columbus, Ohio, on a Contract-to-Permanent basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting national recruitment efforts by qualifying driver applications and ensuring they meet company standards. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team while leveraging your expertise in recruiting and applicant tracking systems.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the national recruiting team to source, attract, and qualify driver candidates.
• Process driver applications to ensure they meet company criteria and safety standards.
• Maintain and update applicant information in the Tenstreet Applicant Tracking System.
• Verify previous driving experience and credentials as part of the qualification process.
• Evaluate third-party reports and application data to confirm compliance with company hiring requirements.
• Streamline safety reviews by providing accurate and well-prepared applicant files.
• Efficiently manage time and workflows to process applications within deadlines.
• Support recruitment efforts by conducting interviews and reference checks as needed.
• Utilize recruitment tools and systems to enhance the hiring process. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or recruitment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Experience conducting interviews and screening applicants is highly desirable. TalentMatch®
